Medical Emergencies: If you require immediate medical attention, contact your regular general practitioner or call 000.

DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM IF:

• You have, or suspect you may have, a medical emergency or critical condition, including but not limited to:
  • Severe chest pain
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe bleeding
  • Difficulty breathing

If you are unsure about the seriousness of your condition, the suitability of using this platform, or believe you or someone else is in an urgent, dangerous, or emergency situation, do not use the platform. Instead, immediately call 000 or seek appropriate medical services.

Prescriptions: Please note that the healthcare practitioners providing services on the platform will only prescribe medications they believe are necessary to treat your health condition.

They will not prescribe:

• Medications or drugs listed in Schedule 8 of the SUSMP No 35 (Poisons Schedule February 2022).

Children
Minimum age to use our platform is 14.

Termination
We do care our customers very kindly and we expect return from the customers. Our doctors has the right to ban any customer who has verbal or written abuse to our doctors or admin.

Limitations
Although our doctors will try to fulfill our customer’s need, doctor may refuse to give any medical certificate, script or referrals if the doctor think it is inappropriate.
