Yes, all scripts are valid to use in all states in Australia. They are valid up to 12 months.
Our doctors write two referrals one with specific specialist name and address and one without. If you prefer your specialist to be referred, check with your preferred specialist’s availability first before asking referral. If your preferred specialist is fully booked, you can still try with general referral without specialist name (Some specialist do not accept general referral without name though)
Our appointment time is 10 minutes max for consultation.
Normally consultation will be done over the phone. If your prefer video consultation, or if your doctor need video consultation, he/she will send you an email link, and you both can join it.
